For this, his first institutional solo exhibition in Germany, Carlos Garaicoa tried to gather several works that show his interest in displaying the table -that intimate home table- as a particular geography. Books as a raw material to build imaginary cities or propose alternative dialogues between architecture, urbanism, art history and literature are also an important subject addressed in this venue.

The exhibition doesn’t intend to be a retrospective, just to display works with a common visual background and theoretical interest.
The show will travel to Kunsthalle Baseland after its closure
